There will be a Church function on our courts on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon/evening:

Indoor Court is closed from 1 pm on Tuesday (7/26) and all of Wednesday ((7/27)

All Outdoor Counts are closed from 3 p.m. to 8:00 pm on Tues and Wednesday.

THE TUESDAY OPEN PLAY IS BEING MOVED TO THURSDAY AT 6:30 P.M.

(A) NEW COURT RESERVATION RULES:

If you are reserving a court for just specific players (no guest spots available), use the "Private Event"  Option.

* You can create one or more "group lists" and name the group accordingly (Jane's Monday Morning Ladies)

* Then highlight that group as part of your Private Event reservation. It will send only a email reservation request to them.

* It will highlight that reservation differently (with stripes) to display to everyone this is a private group with no available "player" slots.

(B)When you reserve a court, PLEASE make sure there isn't already a reservation on the scheduler for that court and time (there is no way for us to restrict "double booking" in the settings)

(C) All Outdoor Courts on Tuesdays and Thursdays (from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) are now reserved for Open Play (Tues for 3.35 - 5.0 Levels - Thurs. for 2.0 to 3.25 levels)

No specific format, but we encourage mixing and matching as much as possible.

(D) Beginning June 1st, ALL regular players must have a PlayTime Scheduler account.

* "Anonymous Guest" player spots will be limited.
